We took our first official step, and presented the concept for the museum to one of the premier developers in Portland and the South Waterfront.
The meeting resulted with a supportive thumbs up for the concept and viability of this project, and an offer to help facilitate the connection with more potential partners. Moving forward we will have a series of presentations with these potential stakeholders and investors to continue to explore how we bring this to life, and how soon!
Thanks to all members for helping grow the membership of the Facebook site, for sharing great ideas on exhibits, offering ersonal expertise, and most of all willingness to be involved in this exciting grassroots effort.
